About the Opportunity

- Success Headway is a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through websites, SEO, online advertising, social media, and AI-powered automation.
- As our client roster grows, we are looking for a talented, reliable graphic designer who can also manage client social media, working on a flexible, project-based basis.
- You will be assigned client accounts, build content from each client’s brand guidelines, and deliver a consistent monthly feed of high-quality posts, graphics, and reels.
- Two things matter most here: the quality of the work and clear, responsive communication.

Work Schedule & Logistics:
- Location: Remote — open location (offshore-friendly).
- Schedule: Project-based, versátil hours.
- Engagement: 1099 / freelance contractor.
- Meetings: Two brief team check-ins per week.
- Tools: Design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), social scheduling platform, and shared Google Drive.

Role Summary
- As the Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist,



you will own the creative output for assigned client accounts.
- Starting from each client’s brand guide, you will produce a full month of on-brand social content, route it for approval, schedule it for a steady feed, and turn client-supplied footage into engaging reels.
- You work independently, deliver high-quality work, and keep communication crisp and timely.

Design & Content Creation:
- Create monthly content. Produce a full month of social content per client (typically around two posts per week) using industry-standard design tools.
- Edit reels and video. Turn client-supplied footage and assets from a shared Google Drive into polished reels and short-form video.
- Stay on-brand. Apply each client’s mission, voice, colors, and typography consistently across every asset.

Account & Client Management:
- Onboard client brands. Meet with assigned clients to build a brand guide—mission, voice, goals, logos, colors, and typography.
- Run the monthly cycle. Create, submit for approval, and schedule content via a social scheduling platform—then repeat each month to keep the feed current.
- Communicate clearly. Join two brief team check-ins per week and keep client and team communication prompt and organized.

Position Requirements
- A strong portfolio showing high-quality, on-brand social media design—quality is the number-one priority.
- Deep familiarity with the major social platforms and what performs well on each.
- Ability to edit client footage into polished reels and short-form video.
- Proficiency with design software and social scheduling tools.
- Responsive, dependable communication and consistent, on-time delivery.
- Able to take an assignment and deliver without close supervision.

Bonus Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Motion graphics or advanced video editing skills.
- Working English proficiency for client-facing collaboration.
