The role is phone-first, high-volume outbound and involves calling from pre-researched lists of property owners. Work is fully remote as a contractor with structured hours overlapping U.S.
calling hours. You will build rapport, adapt your approach mid-call, and move deals forward by asking smart questions and maintaining CRM notes.
