We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Security Officer. An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Security Officer is responsible for monitoring property, underage prevention, controlling access to restricted areas, reacting to guest and team member incidents, ensuring the safety and security of guests and team members, and provide safety escorts as designated. Delivers excellent guest service in accordance with Oaklawn's Core Values and Standards of Behavior. The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Ensures compliance with operational procedures for activities such as guest service standards, fire prevention, emergency response, guarding and patrolling the physical property,



orienting and monitoring of personnel inside and outside the facility, and responding to accidents and criminal acts inside and outside the facility.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls
- Ensures the enforcement of state casino laws including (but not limited to) the identification and removal of underage persons from the casino floor.
- Responds to verbal and/or physical altercations and applies or directs the appropriate measures to resolve the situation.
- Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
- Enforce internal control policies and procedures
- Enforce underage gambling and drinking laws
- Conduct regular security post inspections
- Prepare security incident reports and maintain security logs.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulator
