Scope Of Work

- Design, evaluate, and document enterprise-grade AI-powered workflows that drive measurable productivity improvements.

- Develop and optimize workflow automation leveraging leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex, or equivalent tools.

- Architect cross-platform AI solutions, ensuring workflow portability and interoperability across varied enterprise environments.

- Integrate AI systems with enterprise knowledge management, collaboration, and business process platforms.

- Enable and support AI adoption initiatives, providing guidance on change management and best practices for enterprise stakeholders.

- Identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements using systems thinking and a data-driven approach.

- Produce clear documentation, executive presentations, case studies, and business impact reports to communicate AI workflow outcomes and business value.

Preferred Qualifications





- 5+ years of experience in enterprise environments, with demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to improve business productivity, workflows, and automation.

- Proven track record designing and deploying AI-powered workflow automations and integrations across large organizations.

- Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and enterprise knowledge management systems.

- Familiarity with leading AI productivity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Work, Claude Cowork, Codex) and enterprise connectors.

- Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption and enablement within cross-functional teams.

- Experience in enterprise change management initiatives focused on digital transformation and process improvement.

- Excellent systems thinking skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights aligned with organizational objectives.
