Sourceability is building a new Global Engineering Organization (GEO) to strengthen internal software delivery, improve production ownership, and build long‑term engineering capability inside the company.

We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Engineer to own technical NetSuite engineering and technical governance within GEO. This role will focus on NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript development, integrations, release control, technical quality, production fixes, and long‑term maintainability of the NetSuite technical environment.

This role is not the business owner of Finance, accounting, order management, or other business processes. Finance, Business,



and functional stakeholders remain responsible for business process decisions, approvals, accounting logic, user workflows, and business priorities. GEO owns technical NetSuite engineering, scripts, integrations, technical changes, release practices, production fixes, and technical quality.

The right candidate should be comfortable working closely with Finance, Operations, business analysts, Product / Delivery Managers, Engineering Managers, and external NetSuite resources while keeping clear technical governance and change control for the platform.
