In this role, you'll own project planning, process, and delivery across the agency — guiding client work from conception to completion, on time and within budget, across every service line.

Your Role

As Senior Project Manager, you'll own project delivery end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and process — across projects of all sizes and all service lines. This is a role for someone who brings a clear point of view on how work should run, not someone who waits to be told. You'll partner closely with finance to understand project profitability, and with department leads to ensure the right people are staffed on the right work at the right time.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budget

- Build, document, and continuously improve project management systems and processes across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and more

- Own project budgets and partner directly with the finance team to analyze project and client profitability

- Own resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects and teams, identifying staffing gaps or bottlenecks before they become delivery risks

- Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans aligned to client needs and internal capacity

- Train teams on processes and drive adoption

- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring smooth handoffs and keeping project teams focused on the end goal
