Position Overview:

The Senior TA Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates to support our business objectives across the Latin American market. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and delivering a stellar candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to specific roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering processes for various functions and levels within the organization.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
