Responsibilities

Develop and execute market growth strategies across LATAM.

Build and manage relationships with KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, media, and ecosystem partners.

Identify new business opportunities and drive user acquisition and trading volume.

Negotiate and manage partnership agreements from onboarding through long-term collaboration.

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute regional campaigns.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Represent the company at industry events and strengthen our regional presence.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, Business Development, or related roles.

Experience in the crypto, Web3, fintech, or digital asset industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of the LATAM crypto market and ecosystem.

Existing network of KOLs, affiliates, communities, or blockchain projects is a strong advantage.

Professional English is required; Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
