Trucking Fleet

Maintenance & Roadside Support Coordinator. You will drive fleet efficiency and safety by managing complex maintenance and repair operations.

Compensation: USD 1K - 1.5K/month + Bonuses (up to 25% of base compensation) + Overtime (USD15/hour) Location: Remote: Argentina Mission of In Time Transport Corp: "Provide safe and reliable transportation while fostering trust, accountability, and driver development." - You are proficient in Fleet operations, FMCSA regulations, ELD Systems.
- You are a novice in Preventive maintenance, Fleet maintenance.
- English - Fully fluent Responsibilities and more: Responsibilities Coordinate roadside breakdowns and repairs for Class 8 tractors and trailers. Communicate with drivers, repair shops, mobile mechanics, dealerships, tire vendors, towing companies, and roadside-service providers. Collect accurate information from drivers and perform basic remote troubleshooting before arranging service. Locate qualified repair providers, obtain estimates, compare options, and control repair costs and downtime. Review recommended repairs, labor, parts, pricing, and estimated completion times; elevate major or questionable repairs for approval. Follow each repair from initial report through completion and confirm that the equipment is safe to return to service. Manage preventive-maintenance schedules for tractors and trailers. Track annual DOT inspections, driver-reported defects, roadside inspection defects, and out-of-service repairs. Maintain complete and audit-ready inspection, repair,



and maintenance records in accordance with FMCSA requirements. Identify overdue maintenance, repeated equipment failures, excessive repair costs, and unresolved safety defects. Support owner-operators and company drivers with truck, trailer, and equipment-related issues. Help resolve overweight or axle-distribution problems, shifted freight, rejected loads, trailer problems, and other equipment-related load issues. Locate warehouses, cross-docks, mobile rework services, towing providers, and other operational vendors when required. Assist with cargo-securement concerns by following company procedures and escalating complex or safety-critical situations. Coordinate maintenance-related matters with Safety, Dispatch, and company management. Document every open issue, repair status, cost, next action, responsible person, and deadline. Work daily in Fleetio, Samsara, DataTruck, and ClickUp.

Requirements: At least two years of recent experience working for, or directly supporting, a U.S. motor carrier operating CDL-A Class 8 tractor-trailers. Direct experience handling real-time tractor or trailer breakdowns. Direct experience coordinating repairs with U.S. repair shops, mobile mechanics, tire vendors, roadside services, towing companies, or dealerships.





Practical knowledge of Class 8 tractor and trailer systems sufficient to troubleshoot issues remotely and communicate effectively with drivers and mechanics. Working knowledge of FMCSA vehicle-maintenance, inspection, repair, and recordkeeping requirements.

Experience managing preventive maintenance, annual DOT inspections, equipment defects, repair records, or roadside inspection corrections. Ability to review repair estimates and identify unreasonable pricing, unnecessary work, or incomplete repairs.

Experience supporting owner-operators, company drivers, or both. Strong spoken and written English for communication with U.S. drivers, repair vendors, and internal departments. Strong organization, urgency, judgment, follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage several active breakdowns, repairs, and deadlines without losing track of details. Ability to work the required U.S.

Central

Time schedule and provide reasonable availability for urgent active breakdowns outside normal hours. Reliable internet connection, quiet remote workspace, and dependable attendance.

Experience with Fleetio, Samsara, DataTruck, ClickUp, or comparable systems is preferred.

Experience with dry van and reefer equipment is preferred.

Experience coordinating cross-docks, load rework, overweight corrections, or cargo-related equipment issues is preferred. Ukrainian, Russian, or Spanish language ability is helpful but not required.
