Catch Creation is a remote-first eCommerce company. We build and grow our own DTC brands — including Muddy Mat and Cloud K9 — and we grow them primarily through paid social advertising. That means creative is not a support function here.

What this job actually is:

You'll cut direct-response ads for our brands — vertical video, primarily Meta and TikTok, built to stop the scroll and sell.

Our Creative Director writes the concept, sometimes loosely, sometimes very specifically. From there it's a conversation: you'll push back, bring your own angles, and shape how the idea actually gets made. The strongest ideas we run usually don't survive first contact with an editor unchanged, and that's the point.
