The Mission

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management (CPM) team.



The idóneo candidate has a strong background in project management within IT and cloud technologies, combined with consulting experience that has sharpened their ability to be empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget—while delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to the growth of Caylent’s client relationships.

Your Assignment
- Manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates aligned to SOW deliverables
- Ability to manage the scope of the SOW and negotiate discrepancies with customers, driving prioritization decisions
