? Position Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to support the organization's staffing needs.

This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing and screening experience, preferably within the healthcare industry, who can quickly learn processes, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline.

The idóneo candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, and capable of delivering results with minimal ramp-up time.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.

✅ Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

✅ Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).





✅ Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

✅ Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.

✅ Support recruitment initiatives, hiring events, and sourcing campaigns.

✅ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

✅ Meet hiring goals while maintaining quality standards and recruitment timelines.

? Skills & Qualifications

? Experience

✔️ 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

✔️ English level B2-C1

✔️ Strong recruiting backgrounds from other industries will also be considered.

?️ Technical Skills

✔️ Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

✔️ Experience sourcing candidates through:

? Job boards

? Social media

?️ Databases

? Networking

✔️ Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
