We're a US-based development agency specializing in Bullhorn staffing platforms. We handle complex API integrations, data syncs, and custom front-end dashboards for enterprise clients. We're a small, senior-led team (two leads with 10+ years each) looking for a mid-level developer to grow with us. You won't be a cog in a machine — you'll own real features and work directly with US clients.

The Role

We need a developer who can bridge frontend UI and backend integration work. You'll build and maintain custom interfaces for staffing agencies, connect third-party systems via REST APIs, and ensure data flows reliably between Bullhorn and external platforms.

What You'll Do

· Build responsive front-end interfaces using React or Angular with TypeScript
· Develop and maintain Node.js or C# backend services that handle API calls, webhooks,



and OAuth2 flows
· Write clean, tested, and documented code that our senior devs can review quickly
· Debug integration issues (rate limiting, token expiration, data mapping errors)
· Participate in daily stand-ups with the US team (must overlap 9 AM – 5 PM EST)

What You Bring

· 3+ years of professional development experience
· Strong experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, and webhooks
· Solid frontend skills in React (preferred) or Angular with TypeScript
· Backend experience in Node.js or C# / .NET

Sueldo: $1.311,05 - $3.374,67 al mes
