We are currently seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our growing team.

Schedule

- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)
- Occasional half-day Saturdays as operational needs require

This is a 100% remote position. No travel is required.

Compensation

- Starting Pay: $4.00 USD per hour
- Full-Time Position
- Annual merit-based performance reviews with opportunities for compensation increases

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Medical Receptionist, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for our patients and referring providers. Daily responsibilities include:

- Professionally answer inbound telephone calls




- Register new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Scan and upload medical documentation into patient charts
- Explain exam preparation, procedures, pricing, and appointment expectations
- Obtain physician orders when required
- Maintain accurate documentation for the billing department
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned

Language Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills are required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant advantage.

Training

The selected candidate will receive a paid two-week training program designed to ensure a smooth transition into the role and familiarity with our systems and workflows.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position. Applicants must have a professional home workspace with reliable internet, minimal distractions, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
