We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to drive quality and innovation across messaging experiences on a large-scale job marketplace, covering mobile app and desktop web surfaces for job seekers and employers.
You will design AI-powered messaging features, improve responsiveness through reply prompts and re-engagement patterns, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups validated through A/B testing and user research.What you will doImprove the quality of messaging experiences across job seeker mobile app and desktop web surfaces, covering both job seeker and employer experiences.Design UX for AI-powered messaging features.Design experiences that improve employer and job seeker responsiveness through reply prompts, expectation setting, status transparency, and re-engagement patterns.Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups using Indeed's design language and patterns.Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Research partners across distributed teams.Validate designs through A/B testing and qualitative user research.Must haves3+ years of professional, hands-on product UX experience.End-to-end product UX design experience, including interaction design, visual design, prototyping,
