This is a role for someone who brings a clear point of view on how work should run, not someone who waits to be told.
You'll partner closely with finance to understand project profitability, and with department leads to ensure the right people are staffed on the right work at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budgetBuild, document, and continuously improve project management systems and processes across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and moreOwn project budgets and partner directly with the finance team to analyze project and client profitabilityOwn resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects and teams, identifying staffing gaps or bottlenecks before they become delivery risksWork with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans aligned to client needs and internal capacityTrain teams on processes and drive adoptionFacilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring smooth handoffs and keeping project teams focused on the end goalCommunicate project status clearly and proactively to stakeholdersStay closely aware of company goals and strategy, bringing forward recommendations that connect project execution to agency-level outcomesYou Bring10+ years of experience in project management,
