Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), the Project Manager communicates plans, risks, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders while coordinating cross‐functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
This role owns project performance from initiation through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, communications, risk management, and financial oversight.
The Project Manager ensures that deliverables meet defined requirements, KPIs are achieved, and budgetary objectives are met.Key Areas of ResponsibilityServe as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projectsCommunicate project plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholdersInterface with cross‐functional teams to define and deliver project requirementsDevelop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and delivery trackersCreate and manage communication plans, including documentation, reporting cadence, and stakeholder meetingsTrack project performance and analyze deliverables against defined requirementsManage project financials, ensuring budgetary objectives are met and managing to project P&LSimultaneously; manage multiple projects, including high‐visibility and strategic initiativesPartner with team members to identify and communicate opportunities for process improvementSchedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and project teams to review progress, issues, and resolution timelinesReport on project status and performance to management,
