Elegran is seeking an Outbound Coordinator (Calling-First) to drive off-market acquisition efforts by owning the conversation side of the lead pipeline.
The role is phone-first, high-volume outbound and involves calling from pre-researched lists of property owners.
Work is fully remote as a contractor with structured hours overlapping U.S.calling hours.
You will build rapport, adapt your approach mid-call, and move deals forward by asking smart questions and maintaining CRM notes.
