What You Will Do
Assist with Talent Acquisition activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment coordination
Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience
Assist with HR administrative processes and employee documentation management
Provide support for payroll-related activities and employee inquiries, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed
Coordinate training sessions and learning initiatives, including logistics and participant tracking
Support employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs
Collaborate with HR team members, employees, managers, and global stakeholders
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity following company procedures and confidentiality standards
Support special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Communications, or related fields
Regular student status required
Expected graduation date: December **** onwards
Advanced English level
Availability to work 20 hours per week in a hybrid format
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Interest in developing a career in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
Previous participation in student organizations, volunteer activities, or university projects
Interest in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, or HR Operations
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and digital collaboration platforms
