ProfEd Analyst
Purpose:




Execute medical education plans targeted at electrophysiologists by identifying educational needs and collaborating closely with business teams to design and deliver high-impact learning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Execute medical education programs (events, workshops, trainings).
Identify educational needs within the electrophysiology community.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, medical) to align initiatives.
Track implementation and measure program outcomes/impact.
Manage logistics and operational support for educational activities.
Job requirements:
0–2 years of experience (preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or medical education).
Degree in health sciences, biomedical engineering, or related fields (preferred).
Strong analytical skills to identify needs and opportunities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, organized, and execution-oriented.
Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
