We are looking for a Accounts Payable Analyst I located in Buenos Aires.

What You Will Do:
Support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing
Review, validate, and process vendor invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and contribute to the integrity of the general ledger
Perform basic account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
Prepare and deliver periodic financial reports and support documentation as required
Identify, report, and elevate discrepancies or issues related to invoices and vendor accounts
Support vendor inquiries and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies and applicable regulations
Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable function
Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
0–1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry
Ability to work under supervision in a structured environment
Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or previous exposure to Accounts Payable or finance operations
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)




Basic understanding of invoice processing and vendor management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interest in developing a career in finance or shared services
