Required Profile

1. Advanced English level ( B2+ spoken and written).
2. Previous experience in BPO ( As a call center agent) / Customer Support environments.

3. Noise-canceling headset.
4. A fully functional laptop and reliable high- speed internet are required (Windows operating system only; iOS is not supported).
