How you will contribute
You will:
Manages change/ transformation change/ transformation amongst the Operating teams in theimplementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma phase journey,FoF-Factory of Future Line centric organization & roles(AM-Autonomous Maintenance, PM-Progressive Maintenance and an integrated 6 star model within operating Lineteams) to progress into Self sufficient teams.Role models Values and principles through effective coaching, mentoringand development of the team.
Support the Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability,Engagement goals in line with the site Compelling business need.
coach Line Leaders, cascade & communicate theplans and targets to employees to ensure alignment and understanding around priorities, focus and KPI's.
Lead and be Accountable to establish a strong Governance to Review, Control Operational performance andContinuous Improvement plan and embed a zero loss mindset to constantly improve and deliver against best in classboth internally and externally.
Drive the Operating team to identify and manage improvements to technology, culture,capability and operating systems to deliver a best practice and reliable operation.
Support all Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements (e.g. CorporateQuality, Food safety & GMP, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Sustainability, Code of conduct, Policies &principles;, Operational standards, Local legal requirements, Internal Audit norms, & other procedures updated fromtime to time) are in place, understood by all, and is regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
Lead and be Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Manufacturing team - identify andimplement critical levers to attract, retain & develop critical talent and builds capability at all levels, technical andbehavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.
Partner effectively with all multi-functional peersinternally & externally (outside the plant)to achieve objectives, goals and KPI's.

Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productivemaintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts

An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrialmaintenance and manufacturing equipment.

What you need to know about this position:
Will be responsible for coordinating the performance of the work teams during the shift they lead, as well as the performance of the machinery and facilities under their charge, in accordance with the guidelines and directives set by their immediate supervisor, to ensure compliance with the production programs planned for their work shift in terms of volume, quality, cost, safety, and customer service.
Must also act responsibly and with commitment to Integrated Systems and actively collaborate to fulfill the Plant's CBN (Compelling Business Need).

Meet the production schedule for the work cycle on time and in full.

Plan production and maintenance tasks.
Lead, analyze, and discuss the KPIs obtained, encouraging the generation of initiatives and ideas to increase productivity and achieve better results within the continuous improvement framework.
Hold direct responsibility for the performance of team members: Continuously motivate and train the personnel they lead, identifying strengths and development opportunities.
Share responsibility with other Coordinators for implementing corrective actions in response to audits or inspections.
Actively participate in the maintenance, reform, or implementation of all Quality Systems (ISO ****), Food Safety (FSSC *****), Safety, Occupational Health (OHSAS *****), Environment (ISO *****), etc., currently in place or to be implemented at the Plant.
Identify environmental aspects and impacts within the area.
Identify and assess health hazards and risks within the area.




Ensure current documents are available at points of use.
Act as a facilitator and multiplier of training, awareness, and communication activities.
Responsible for the Operational Control of health risks and environmental aspects and impacts in their area, including measurements.
Investigate Non-Conformities, incidents, and accidents, and adopt the necessary corrective and/or preventive measures related to Safety and Environment.
Participate in the Local Safety & Environment Committee.
When required, deliver training sessions that may not be limited to their shift but extend to the entire Plant.
Job specific requirements:
University graduate, preferably with a technical background, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of management control, process indicators, and statistical tools.
Good command of oral and written English, preferably.
Extensive knowledge of product safety standards (HACCP and GMP) and QMS (Quality Management System), ISO **** and *****.
Familiarity with Safety, Health & Environment procedures and policies.
Four years of experience in manufacturing areas/companies (preferably in Production, Quality, or Process Engineering).
Experience in personnel management, leadership, and work team training.
Work schedule:
Night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 4x4 rotation scheme.
No Relocation support available
