In Grupo Peflor we are looking for an
Accounting Analyst
to join our team in Vicente L f6pez, Buenos Aires.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Maintain fixed asset subledgers and own fixed asset process for busines
Maintain lease accounting proces
Prepare and review US GAAP financial statements and supporting schedules
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and key balance sheet analyses
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, investigating variances and supporting management reporting
Coordinate and support internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with FP&A;, Operations, Tax, and Corporate departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with group requirements




Maintain effective relationships and communication with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Tax, and other shared service teams
Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support the implementation of accounting best practices
Participate in special projects related to accounting, financial reporting, controls, and systems
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accountin
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experienc
Prior experience at a Big Four accounting firm strongly preferre
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirement
Experience preparing US GAAP financial statement
Experience working in multinational or complex business environments preferre
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) require
Advanced Excel skills require
Experience with ERP systems preferre
