We provide operational systems, financial support, marketing resources, and administrative infrastructure that allow our partners to grow sustainable and scalable businesses.Position OverviewThis is a full-time remote contractor position responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and helping leadership improve financial visibility across multiple business entities.
The idóneo candidate is a hands-on accounting professional — not a strategist or advisor — who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates fluently in English, and is deeply fluent in QuickBooks Online.
You will work directly with Fusion leadership and be trusted to own the numbers independently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily bookkeeping and accounting operations across multiple entitiesMaintain accurate general ledger records and chart of accountsReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accountsPrepare journal entries and lead month-end close processesProduce financial reports and operational reporting for leadershipMaintain and audit financial records in QuickBooks OnlineMonitor customer balances, collections, and open invoicesTrack commissions and manage partner-related accountingProactively identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issuesImprove accounting systems, workflows,



and internal controlsBuild and maintain SOPs and process documentation for the finance functionQualifications — All Required / Non-NegotiableQuickBooks Online (5+ years required): 5+ years minimum, active QuickBooks Online experience Candidates must currently or recently be managing full accounting cycles in QBO as their primary system.

A detailed QBO experience summary is required with your application.Accounting Experience (5+ years): 5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle accounting experience Must include daily bookkeeping, general ledger management, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close ownership.
Experience primarily in FP&A;, audit, advisory, or strategic finance does not qualify.Controller or Senior Accounting Title: Controller, Contralora, Contadora General, or equivalent senior accounting title in a prior or current role Candidates whose most recent title is CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, or equivalent C-suite will not be considered.
This role requires execution, not strategy.Multi-Entity Experience: Experience managing accounting for 3 or more legal entities simultaneously Must include separate GL records, reconciliations, and financial statements per entity.Advanced English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred): Must be able to communicate in writing and verbally with U.S.-based leadership without translation support.
B2 minimum; C1 strongly preferred.
