In this role you will

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's objectives, mission and values,
- Partner with team leaders to drive high-level decisions around strategy, business acumen. market growth, technology, and customer acquisition,
- Further define the product vision and roadmap to achieve annual performance metrics, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends,
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as legal issues, financial risks, and operational challenges,
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory and compliance frameworks in relevant geographies,
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability analysis,
- Recruit, hire, manage and engage a high-performing team, creating an environment promoting strong performance and positive teamwork while moving the group towards business growth,
- Represent Sunship at conferences, events,



and other venues and contribute to Vibrant's position as a leader in the industry.

You have

- 10+ years of proven leadership experience in the fintech or payments space, delivering a track record of leading teams, projects or companies and effectively motivating teammates to achieve shared goals and navigate challenges.
- Demonstrated experience building businesses, creating strategies to curb unprecedented challenges, and possession of a network to build relevant partnerships.
- Strong experience in product management and development of product roadmaps, with an understanding of systems architecture.
- Run the operations of a business and are great at building relationships across markets and functions.
- Exceptional problem solver skills, accompanied with very strong analytical skills, and are capable of breaking down complex issues and bringing structure into business cases.
