About the Role
Join Ganfeng Lithium’s Global Management Trainee Programme to gain in-depth experience of overseas lithium resource projects (in Argentina, Africa and Shanghai). Participate in project development, operations and management across diverse cultural and business contexts,



and develop into a future business leader with both an international perspective and industry insight through practical experience on international projects.

Responsibilities

Participate in global business coordination and international project support, driving the implementation of key projects
Coordinate resources across departments, local teams, head office and partners
Support on-site project management
Optimise business processes to enhance operational efficiency

Be prepared for long-term overseas assignments and foster cross-cultural team collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, in French, Spanish, International Relations, International Politics, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related subject
