Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Information Technology (IT) Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary Key Responsibilities Administer and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services within a global environment.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting DDI infrastructure and related network services. Manage DNS records, DHCP scopes, IP allocation activities, and related configuration changes. Support DDI modernization and migration initiatives, including transition activities to general DDI platforms.
Perform system administration, patching, upgrades, and configuration maintenance across DDI environments. Leverage monitoring and operational tools to ensure service health, availability, and compliance with established service levels. Conduct root cause analysis and support problem management activities for critical incidents.
Act as a technical SME and collaborate with stakeholders, partners,



and operational teams to implement DNS/DHCP changes and support technical initiatives Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a 24x7 operational environment when required. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Enterprise DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM) environments. Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting DNS and DHCP services in enterprise environments.
Experience managing DNS records, DHCP scopes, IP allocation, and related configuration activities. Strong understanding of IP networking concepts and experience troubleshooting network-related issues. Experience working with Windows and Linux server environments.

Hands-on experience using Linux/Unix command-line environments. Experience supporting incident, problem, and change management processes. Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and service disruptions. Bachelor's Degree ...
