About the client:Our client is a leading digital marketing agency based in the USA with very specific and targeted clients. They are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager who has the right people skills to fulfill this role successfully.About the role:Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.What you'll be doing:

- Client communication, both written and via video calls- Running weekly/monthly reporting calls with clients, helping them understand how we are helping their business.
- Onboarding multiple new clients every week, helping them come into our system.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting steps.
- Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer interactions and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to share client insights and contribute to the improvement of products and services.




- Uphold a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Who are we looking for?- Should be proficient in speaking English with client success experience. Must speak perfect English with no accent:
- 3+ years of experience working in this field.
- High school diploma or equivalent bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to successfully deal with tough clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing is preferred.
