Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.Your RoleKey Responsibilities include but is not limited to:Perform the finance process and finance systems technical support while adhering to key SLAsWith your techno-functional hands-on experience, you are expected to provide inputs on how to improve underlying processes and manage user support requirements more efficiently and effectively including but not restricted to automation via workflow, RPAs etcParticipate and lead in managing system improvement, enhancement projects in terms of tracking progress of projects, making sure project goals and requirements are clearly captured, user acceptance testing activities,



user training etcMaking sure tickets allocated to respective teams are actioned and resolved in a timely mannerInteract with various stakeholder in the Finance function to understand and enable their requirements in terms of systems performance and support; partner with teams to ensure monthly activities are performed per agreed scheduleParticipate and support month end close, year close activities and quarterly and annual planning exercisesSupport finance stakeholders to pull data and reports for audit queries, FERC reporting, support and process master data change/update requests.Experience and skill sets required:Knowledge of F&A;, including but not limited to General Ledger, Close activities, FP&A; Internal controls like SOX compliance, vendor management & T&EWillingness; to work in hybrid model of working with distributed team across multiple locations and time zonesAptitude spot process and system improvement opportunitiesGood English written and verbal communication skillsExperience in Energy & Utilities sector preferredAdditional attributesWe're interested in flexible professionals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize things based on business needs You'll also need the confidence to give professional advice and guidance to colleagues and clients from a diverse range of cultures, often with limited information - both verbally and in writing.
