About Us: Pro Coffee Gear is a fast-growing ecommerce and wholesale distributor of commercial and home espresso equipment. We serve cafés, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished espresso machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee. We’re building a disciplined, data-driven growth engine — and paid media is a critical part of that foundation.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Paid & Performance Marketing Lead to take charge of customer acquisition across paid channels and shape how this function evolves as we grow.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement. You’ll guide external partners, oversee performance across key platforms, and gradually build internal capabilities to reduce reliance on agencies. You’ll be responsible for turning paid media into a consistent, scalable driver of revenue.

What You’ll Do
Acquisition Strategy & Channel Management
- Develop and execute paid acquisition plans across core platforms such as Google and Meta.
- Allocate budgets across channels and campaigns to maximize return.
- Define success metrics and ensure performance aligns with business goals.
- Continuously refine strategy based on results and changing market conditions.

Agency Oversight & Performance Accountability
- Manage relationships with external media agencies and ensure high-quality execution.
- Review campaign strategies, validate recommendations, and provide direction.
- Hold partners accountable to performance targets and business outcomes.
- Ensure campaigns reflect brand standards and commercial priorities.

Building Internal Capabilities
- Identify opportunities
