We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join a growing company. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' Google Ads campaigns to drive maximum ROI. You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective PPC strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and providing strategic recommendations to improve overall online advertising efforts.

Responsibilities

? Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a diverse range of clients

? Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness

? Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools

? Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives

? Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients,



demonstrating the value of the campaigns

? Manage client budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum ROI

? Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly budget caps and adjust bids to achieve the best possible results

? Analyze landing pages and website performance to recommend improvements for higher conversion rates

? Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, keywords, and landing pages

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators to create cohesive and high-performing campaigns

? Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Requisitos

?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

?Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on PPC strategy and optimization

?Google Ads certification is required

?Proven track record of successful PPC campaign management
