Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our in-house Workday team and help strengthen, optimize, and scale our enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities.
This role will play a critical part in supporting our Workday environment following go-live,



with a focus on improving reporting accuracy, stabilizing dashboards and data models, strengthening governance, and enabling better business decision-making across HR, Finance, and Shared Service Operations.
The adecuado candidate brings deep hands-on experience across the Workday Reporting Suite, including Advanced Reporting, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, and Prism Analytics. Experience across Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA / Professional Services Automation is strongly preferred.
This is a high-impact internal role for someone who enjoys partnering closely with business stakeholders, building scalable reporting solutions, improving data quality, and identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
