We serve cafés, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished espresso machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee. About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketplace Manager to drive the growth, performance, and optimization of our product catalog across key marketplaces beyond Shopify—including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Meta, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
In this role, you’ll own marketplace strategy end-to-end: from product visibility and pricing to promotions and performance optimization. You’ll leverage data to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, and strengthen our competitive positioning across platforms.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Merchandising,



Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment on product assortment, pricing, and inventory—while maintaining a consistent, high-quality brand presence everywhere we sell.
Success in this role means accelerating marketplace revenue, improving listing performance, and building a scalable, high-performing marketplace ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
Marketplace Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute marketplace growth strategies across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other channels.
- Set and track KPIs for revenue, conversion, visibility, and profitability.
- Identify expansion opportunities across new platforms and product categories.

Product Listings & SEO Optimization
- Create and optimize high-converting product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
- Apply marketplace-specific SEO best practices to improve ranking and visibility.
- Ensure consistency in product content and brand presentatio
