They will help ensure the recruiting function runs smoothly, enabling efficient, high-quality hires for Mahway and its Portfolio Companies.About MahwayMahway is a venture builder with the aim to build dozens of high-growth, unicorn-potential businesses over the next decade. We pair experienced founders and operators with proven growth playbooks, to solve some of our world’s most important problems.Required Experience- 2-3 years of experience supporting recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment or experience as a virtual assistant in a startup environment- Experience with modern productivity and communication platforms and tools- Experience with ATS, CRM,



or similar systems- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)Bonus if- You have experience with Notion, Ashby, Process Street- You have experience with creating simple dashboards or general experience collecting and analyzing performance metricsSkills- You can communicate efficiently and professionally with a diverse audience- You are tech savvy with the ability to learn new software platforms and troubleshoot tech problems for team members- You have extreme attention to detail- You are an expert in time and priority management- You are a reliable team player- You are an avid learnerTraits- You are a solution-oriented, structured thinker- You have extreme ownership over your responsibilities- You have a positive outlookOutcomes- You will carry out continuous improvement of Mahway’s process and documentation- You will be responsible for managing onboarding and other critical hiring-related processes
