About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to help build the intelligence behind an innovative AI-driven marketplace.

In this role, you'll develop algorithms capable of combining body scan data with clothing measurements to generate highly accurate sizing recommendations. You'll collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and company leadership to bring advanced machine learning solutions into production.

This position is idóneo for someone passionate about artificial intelligence, computer vision, and solving real-world problems through data-driven technology.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models.

- Build algorithms that combine body scan information with garment measurements.

- Research, evaluate, and implement computer vision techniques.

- Improve model accuracy through continuous testing and optimization.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production.

- Monitor and improve model performance and scalability.

- Participate in technical planning and product discussions.

- Document experiments, models, and implementation processes.





Requirements

- 3 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering.

- Strong experience developing production-ready ML models.

- Experience with computer vision or image processing.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.

- Experience deploying ML solutions into production environments.

- Strong programming skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have

- Experience with body scanning technologies.

- Experience in fashion technology or retail technology.

- Recommendation systems experience.

- Startup experience.

- Experience using Linear.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time

Benefits

Compensation

Salary range: USD $6,000 - $7,000 per month under Contractor Agreement, with flexibility based on experience and technical expertise.
