Whom do we need?Duties and Responsibilities:

- Actively participate in the review of critical production issues in collaboration with the Veeva Support Lead Conduct Level 3 analysis to identify root causes and potential resolutions- Consult with internal DevOps/Architecture teams and platform vendors (Veeva, Salesforce) for comprehensive investigation- Recommend and implement effective resolutions to address production issues- Tackle bug fixes, minor enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain system development lifecycle documentation for maintenance changes- Implement configuration and code changes required for maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to review and validate system development lifecycle documentation.Qualification and Skills:




- Experience in Level 3/4 analysis, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing effective solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal DevOps/Architecture teams and platform vendors for issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills to articulate recommendations and resolutions clearly.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining system development lifecycle documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, recommend, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
