As a Tax Innovation Delivery Experience - Project Management Senior Associate, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality results even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will optimise project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. You will oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation, facilitating successful project delivery. This position offers the chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas. You will uphold professional and technical standards, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, while responding effectively to diverse perspectives and needs.
