Job Title: Short Stay SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Short Stay Specialist to join our team. As a Short Stay Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and logístical aspects of short-term stays for guests, patients, or travelers. Your expertise will ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for our clients.Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and book accommodations, transportation, and services for short-term stays- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to confirm arrangements- Manage reservations, bookings,



and payment processing- Provide exceptional customer service and support- Troubleshoot any issues or concerns that may arise- Maintain accurate records and reports- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth client experience- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and vendor offeringsRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or a related field- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in computer software and systems (e.g., reservation software, Microsoft Office)- Strong attention to detail and customer service skillsJob Type: Part-timePay: $45,500.00 - $50,000.00 per hour
