- Familiarity with designing and implementing monitoring strategies for complex IT environments- Create detailed timelines and other supporting documentation- Work with partner teams to provide technical analysis of cases to assist in the development of mitigation and detection techniques- Advanced troubleshooting skills- Work with partner teams to automate and improve processes to help support business growth- Document solutions & decisions across the whole development cycle- Identify trends on the monitored IT systems that could impact business operations- Experience with APM Tools - ELK- Experience with SIEM tools- Experience in survey and diagramming of architectures- Knowledge of the industry and how it works- Experience in troubleshooting and managing cloud infrastructure production environments in AWS and/or Azure- Experience with REST APIs in a microservices architecture- Experience with monitoring systems- Experience with Database - MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL- Experience with ticketing systems.
