Join our creative team as a Senior Designer. We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented technical designer with a strong foundation in both digital and print design. The idóneo candidate will collaborate closely with art directors and clients, serving as the quality assurance expert for all deliverables, from setting the art direction for a campaign to ensuring pixel-perfect assets across various formats.

You should be able to adapt your design style to create visually appealing work that resonates with diverse audiences. Additionally, you should be able to seamlessly transition between print and digital design, delivering high-quality files that meet both organizational and aesthetic standards.

In this role you will:
- Collaborate with Creative and Design Directors to produce impactful visuals.
- Receive file and direction handoffs from Art Directors and finalize emails, direct mail packages, banners, individual image assets, and mock-ups according to agreed-upon specifications.
- Adhere to brand guidelines while also developing new styles and creative proposals.
- Work with business leaders to understand and translate vision and strategy into effective visuals.
- Adapt, retouch, and scale a variety of assets for both digital and print formats.
