- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ISS initiatives including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance

- Develop and maintain integrated project plans in collaboration with cross‑functional business, technology, operations, and sector teams

- Manage project schedules, dependencies, and execution priorities to ensure timely delivery across initiatives

- Coordinate resource planning, capacity tracking, and execution readiness across integral and virtual teams

- Facilitate project reviews, milestone checkpoints, and delivery readiness assessments to ensure timely and high‑quality execution

- Establish and manage PMO governance processes including RAID logs, executive dashboards, action trackers, status reporting, and project documentation

- Collaborate closely with EY GDS and EY US stakeholders across business, technology, operations, finance, and sector teams to drive execution alignment

- Coordinate transition, deployment,



and operational readiness activities to support successful implementation and business adoption

- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably within large, matrixed organizations

- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

- Marketing or creative operations experience; agency-side experience will be an added advantage

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and reporting/dashboard preparation

- Experience working with geographically distributed and integral teams
