At Cona Consultores, we are seeking for a Service Finance Manager to join the team of a leading multinational telecommunications company.

- Location: Retiro / Puerto Madero, CABA
- Modality: on-site, Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

Responsabilities:

- Responsible for the service delivery of financial customer projects, coordinate the pre-sales, implementation, O&M;, and R&D; teams, and ensure the smooth operation of the projects.
- Insighting the DC architecture of banks, identify new project opportunities, and move forward the service renew.
- Collaborating with departments such as Product and R&D; to coordinate resources in resolving customer issues and enhancing customer service satisfaction, and formulate corresponding service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Academic Knowledge:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Master's Degree will be a plus.
- English: Proficient.

Professional Knowledge:

- Over 5 years of experience in Service of Technology industry.
- 1-2 years of experience in delivering key projects and providing O&M; assurance in financial industry.
- Good understanding of Enterprise ICT solutions such as Networking, Data Center, Storage. Cloud, Cybersecurity.

Professional Skills:

- Strong consultative selling and business development capabilities.




- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong planning, pipeline management and execution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in highly competitive environments.
- Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
