Position Summary The Sales Analyst plays a critical role providing insights into sales performance (sell in/sell out) within a cluster in supporting decision-making by the commercial team and generate/analyze reports such as sales quotas, incentives, Nielsen, market and customer information.





The colleague should have excellent data analysis skills and and the ability to work in English.

Scope: Argentina and Chile markets.

Responsibilities - Compile and analyze sellout data by customer (direct sales) and by route (Distributors), identify performance Gaps / opportunities, and recommend actions. - Create standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making. - Support sales administration, e.g., set up sales quotas, implement sales incentives, manage Salesforce performance. - Monitor distributor performance. - Interface with Finance & Controllership on managing Deflator and A&P; budgets. - Interfaces with Supply Chain on Demand Planning process. - Support Annual Business Planning (ABP) at the cluster level. - Prepare the entire SIP monthly and report it to HR for commission payments. - Additionally, prepare SIP reports and training. - Nielsen reports.
