About You

Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish; knowledge of French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Influencer, Ambassadors or Affiliate Marketing with a focus on growth and performance.
Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Outstanding project management skills and strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills.




Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver who actively seeks opportunities for improvement.
Proactive entrepreneur: a can-do person who takes on tasks proactively, takes ownership, and communicates effectively within a team.
Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers.
Stay up-to-date with trends and technology and understand how to use them to improve our work.
Demonstrable ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.
Based or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
