What you’ll do

Lead, coach,



and develop both specialists and team leads, investing in their success to build high-performing talent.
Manage end-to-end team performance and drive accountability on policies, including making difficult calls on performance management and terminations.
Resolve complex in-person escalations and manage sensitive stakeholder situations by balancing empathy with sound business judgment.
Audit performance in partnership with Quality teams to identify training gaps and execute progressive improvement plans.
Coordinate the maintenance of the physical location, overseeing inventory, safety protocols (EHS), property management, and cleaning services.
Surface ground-level insights and customer feedback to the business to influence regional support logic and strategic projects.
Optimize operational processes and manage local projects to hit key perform
