At Rehire, we are partnering with an international organization to find a CMDB / CSDM Analyst (Service

Now) to join a long-term general project.

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in Service

Now, CMDB, CSDM, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) who is passionate about improving data quality, optimizing IT service management, and building scalable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:

Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and maturity of the Service

Now CMDB aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Monitor CMDB health dashboards and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or stale Configuration Items (CIs).
Implement and enforce CSDM standards across Business Applications, Application Services, and Technical Services.
Configure and maintain Service

Now Discovery, Service Mapping, and data integrations.
Design, develop, and customize Service

Now applications and workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.




Design and develop Service

Now workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements.
Support platform administration, upgrades, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
Lead workshops, provide platform demonstrations, and support solution design discussions.
Produce technical documentation, data dictionaries, process diagrams, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve platform performance, governance, and operational efficiency.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure, Configuration Management, Service

Now, or related roles.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Service

Now development and administration.
Strong experience with CMDB, CSDM Framework, ITOM, Discovery,
