Summary

We are seeking a Lead Support Analyst to oversee local IT infrastructure operations, ensure business continuity, and drive technology excellence across multiple business units. This role will lead IT services, infrastructure projects, vendor management, and a local IT team while acting as the key technology partner for the business.

Responsibilities

- Lead IT infrastructure operations and services across multiple sites.
- Ensure the availability and continuity of IT services for approximately 750 users.
- Act as the local SME for infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
- Manage IT projects, vendors, contracts, and service delivery.
- Oversee IT budget planning, cost optimization, and asset lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to support business objectives.
- Lead and develop the local IT team while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure,



operations, or support environments.
- Experience supporting multi-site and complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, IT Service Management, asset management, and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and technology projects.
- Functional English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITIL certification.
- Experience in highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of structured cabling and IT Essentials.
- Previous experience working in a general organization.
