Leverage data, insights, and forecasting to support strategic decisions and optimal resource allocation.
Ensure alignment with integral and regional priorities.
Excellence in Launch Execution
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major product launches.
Drive cross-functional launch processes, partnering with Marketing, Medical, Access, Supply, Digital,



and Integral/Regional teams.
Ensure early competitive positioning and rapid market adoption.
Deep Knowledge of the Onco‑Hematology Ecosystem
Maintain a strong understanding of the therapeutic landscape, competitive pipeline, and market dynamics.
Develop strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, scientific societies, and top institutions.
Identify opportunities and anticipate access barriers.
Market Access and Healthcare System Engagement
Lead access, pricing, and negotiation strategies across public and private payers.
Navigate the complexities of the Argentinian healthcare system (PAMI, union-based healthcare, private payers, provincial networks).
Develop innovative access models and strategic agreements where needed.
Team Leadership, Talent Development and Succession Planning
Lead and develop teams across Marketing, Sales, Access, and other key BU roles.
