We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Planner to join our remote team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to research, plan, and coordinate travel arrangements while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
- Research flights, accommodations, transportation, vacation packages, cruises, and activities
- Create customized travel itineraries
- Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Monitor travel updates and communicate itinerary changes
- Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
- Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel
- Stay informed about travel destinations, supplier offerings, and industry trends





Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service
- Familiarity with reservation systems or CRM software
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel planning
